Privacy Policy

1. Data Controller

Agentic Fluxus is the data controller for personal data processed through this platform. We are based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

2. Data We Collect

  • Account information — your name, email address, and company name when you register.
  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, course progress, and interaction patterns.
  • Payment data — processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data under the following legal bases as defined by the GDPR:

  • Consent — for marketing communications and non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time.
  • Contract — to deliver the services you have purchased, including course access and certification.
  • Legitimate interest — for analytics, platform security, and fraud prevention, where our interests do not override your rights.

4. How We Use Your Data

  • Service delivery — providing access to training courses, tools, and compliance resources.
  • Communication — sending transactional emails, course updates, and (with consent) marketing materials.
  • Analytics — understanding how our platform is used so we can improve the experience.
  • Security — protecting our platform and your data from unauthorised access, abuse, and fraud.
  • Legal compliance — meeting our obligations under applicable laws and regulations.

5. Third-Party Processors

We share personal data with the following trusted processors, each operating under a data processing agreement:

  • Supabase — database and authentication, hosted in EU Frankfurt.
  • Stripe — payment processing. PCI DSS compliant. We never have access to your full card details.
  • Vercel — website hosting and content delivery.
  • Google Analytics — website analytics, activated only after you provide consent via our cookie banner.

6. Cookies

We use cookies to provide and improve our services:

  • Necessary cookies — required for the platform to function. These handle session management and user preferences. They cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics cookies — Google Analytics (GA4) cookies are only set after you give consent through our cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are placed and no usage data is sent to Google.

You can change your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie settings accessible from the footer of every page.

7. Your Rights (GDPR Articles 15–21)

As a data subject under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure — request deletion of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”).
  • Restriction — request that we limit processing of your data in certain circumstances.
  • Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest or for direct marketing purposes.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@agenticfluxus.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

8. Data Retention

  • Account data — retained until you request deletion of your account.
  • Analytics data — retained for 26 months, then automatically deleted.
  • Payment records — retained for 7 years as required by Dutch tax law.

9. International Transfers

Your data is primarily processed within the European Union. Our database is hosted by Supabase in EU Frankfurt. Where data is processed outside the EU (for example, by Stripe or Vercel), these providers operate under EU-approved data processing agreements and standard contractual clauses to ensure an adequate level of data protection.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via email. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
