Accessibility Statement
Agentic Fluxus is committed to making agenticfluxus.com accessible to everyone, regardless of ability or assistive technology. We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This statement applies to our public marketing site and customer dashboard.
1. Conformance status
Status: partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. Most pages meet the AA criteria. We continue to test and remediate; known gaps are listed below.
We use automated tooling (axe-core via Playwright in CI) to catch regressions on every code change, plus manual review using keyboard-only navigation and a screen reader (VoiceOver on macOS).
2. What we have done
- Semantic HTML across pages (proper heading order, landmark regions, lists, tables) so screen readers can navigate efficiently.
- Alt text on images that convey meaning; decorative images marked as such.
- Sufficient colour contrast for body text and interactive elements.
- Focus states on every interactive element. Keyboard navigation across the entire site without requiring a mouse.
- Accessible names and labels on form fields, plus inline error messaging.
- Captions or transcripts for video content (course videos and marketing videos).
- Skip-to-content link, dark mode that respects user preference, and motion reductions where animations are non-essential.
- Automated checks: axe-core runs in CI on every pull request, blocking merges if new serious or critical violations are introduced.
3. Known gaps and current work
We are honest about where we still fall short. Active remediation:
- Some lesson-level interactive components (course player) need additional keyboard-only testing.
- Older blog posts may have heading-order or alt-text gaps that pre-date our current standards.
- Embedded third-party videos rely on the video host (Vimeo) for caption quality; we audit our own captions but cannot guarantee third-party controls meet AA.
- Mobile audit and cross-browser screen-reader review is ongoing.
When we identify a gap, we open a tracking issue and fix it in the next sprint. CI prevents new regressions from landing.
4. EU regulatory context
The European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) applies to providers of digital services to consumers in the EU from 28 June 2025. Our compliance posture references the harmonised standard EN 301 549 and aims to meet WCAG 2.2 AA across all customer-facing surfaces. We treat accessibility as an ongoing commitment, not a one-time audit.
5. Reporting accessibility issues
If you encounter a barrier on agenticfluxus.com, please tell us so we can fix it. Email hello@agenticfluxus.com with:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble (URL is helpful)
- What you were trying to do
- What assistive technology you were using (screen reader, voice control, keyboard, magnifier, etc.)
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 1 business day and to ship a fix within 10 business days for critical issues. For complex remediations we share a target date and update you.
6. Enforcement procedure
If we have not addressed your accessibility report to your satisfaction, you may raise the issue with the supervisory authority for digital accessibility in your EU member state. In the Netherlands, where Agentic Fluxus is based, contact toegankelijkheid.nl.
7. Updates to this statement
We review this statement at least annually and after any material change to the site. The “Last reviewed” date at the top reflects the most recent review.
