Refund Policy
We want every customer to feel comfortable buying from Agentic Fluxus. This page explains exactly how refunds work for each product we sell. EU consumer law sets the floor; we apply it consistently across European customers.
1. What this policy covers
This policy applies to:
- Self-paced online courses (Staff, Manager, Director)
- Fluxus OS subscriptions (Starter, Growth, Business, Enterprise)
- In-person workshops (Operator, leadership sessions, custom events)
- Build With Us programmes
2. Self-paced online courses
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have a 14-day cooling-off period on digital content unless you have already started consuming it.
We extend this in your favour:
- Full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 50% of the course (measured by lesson progress).
- Full refund beyond 14 days if the course has not been started.
- Once you have completed 50% or more of the course, the digital content is considered consumed and refunds are no longer available.
- Certificates already issued remain valid and verifiable regardless of refund status. The certificate belongs to the holder, not to the purchase.
3. Fluxus OS subscriptions
Fluxus OS is sold as a monthly or annual subscription. Standard SaaS terms apply:
- Cancel anytime. Your subscription stops at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate partial periods.
- Annual plans: full refund within the first 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, no refund for unused portions, but the subscription stays active until its end date.
- Mistaken charges: duplicate or accidental charges are refunded immediately on request.
- Service outages: if Fluxus OS is unavailable for an extended period, we credit your account pro-rata. See our trust page for SLA details per tier.
- All certificates issued during your subscription remain publicly verifiable forever, even after cancellation.
4. In-person workshops
Workshops have venue, catering, and facilitator commitments that we book in advance. The refund schedule reflects that:
- More than 14 days before the event: full refund minus a 10% admin fee.
- 7 to 14 days before: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before: no refund, but the seat is transferable to a colleague at no charge.
- If we cancel: full refund within 5 business days, regardless of timing.
5. Build With Us programmes
Build With Us is a 12-month commitment with infrastructure procurement and a dedicated team. Refund terms are agreed in the engagement contract, not standardised here. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice per the standard programme terms.
One-time infrastructure and hardware fees are payable on signature and are non-refundable once procurement starts. Hardware purchased remains your property regardless of refund or termination outcomes.
6. How to request a refund
Email hello@agenticfluxus.com with:
- The email address you used to purchase
- The Stripe receipt or order reference
- A short reason (optional, helps us improve)
We aim to respond within 1 business day. Approved refunds appear on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Refunds are processed via Stripe and follow Stripe’s standard settlement timing.
7. Disputes and consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a European consumer. If we cannot resolve a refund issue with you directly, you may escalate to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or your local consumer authority.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Existing purchases are governed by the policy in effect on the day of purchase. Material changes are announced by email to active customers.
