By accessing or using the Agentic Fluxus platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Service Description
Agentic Fluxus provides online compliance training courses, knowledge resources, and compliance tools focused on the EU AI Act. Our platform helps organisations understand their obligations and develop practical compliance strategies.
2. Account Terms
- You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account details up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
- One person or legal entity per account. Shared accounts are not permitted.
3. Payment Terms
- All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT where required.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
- Course access is granted immediately upon successful payment.
- Refund policy: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, provided you have completed less than 50% of the course content. Refund requests should be sent to hello@agenticfluxus.com.
4. Course Access
- Course access is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. After this period, access may be renewed at the then-current price.
- Certificates of completion are valid indefinitely and can be verified through our platform.
- Course content may be updated periodically to reflect regulatory changes. You will have access to all updates during your access period.
5. Intellectual Property
All platform content, including course materials, training modules, assessments, branding, and software, is the intellectual property of Agentic Fluxus and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any artifacts you generate through the platform, including action plans, compliance assessments, and documentation outputs. You grant us a limited licence to store and process these artifacts solely for the purpose of delivering the service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with others or allow shared access.
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content from the platform.
- Redistribute, resell, or publicly share course content without written permission.
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, other accounts, or connected systems.
7. Disclaimers
Important: The content provided through Agentic Fluxus is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice. Our training courses and tools provide compliance guidance based on the EU AI Act and related regulations, but they are not a substitute for qualified legal counsel. Consult a qualified legal professional for advice specific to your situation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Agentic Fluxus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the platform.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
