Founder of Agentic Fluxus. Fifteen years across San Francisco, New York, London, and Amsterdam. Building the bridge between EU AI Act regulation and the companies actually doing the work.
John Ferguson founded Agentic Fluxus in Amsterdam to make EU AI Act compliance accessible to companies that do not have a six-figure consulting budget. Most existing compliance content is dry legal commentary or 600-word blog filler. The Agentic Fluxus catalogue is built for the people doing the work: founders, deployers, compliance leads, and the technical operators they trust.
Before Agentic Fluxus, John spent fifteen years building product and growth across San Francisco, New York, London, and Amsterdam. That run included a Y Combinator Startup School background and extensive product work in regulated spaces, which is the combination that the EU AI Act compliance market is actively short on.
Agentic Fluxus ships four-tier compliance training (Staff at EUR 39 per seat, Manager at EUR 59, Director at EUR 99, Leadership in-person at EUR 995), a live team-compliance engine (Fluxus OS, from EUR 29 per month), free assessment tools (the AI Readiness Check and the AI Tool Checker), and embedded AI infrastructure partnerships for organisations that need a private system on their own data.
