If your L&D team already runs Cornerstone, Workday Learning, Docebo, TalentLMS, or a SCORM-shaped option, you've got a choice: buy a generic compliance module and try to graft AI Act content onto it, or run a course that was written for the regulation from the first slide.
LMS plugin / SCORM bolt-on
Generic content packaged for any LMS
Agentic Fluxus
Purpose-built for the EU AI Act
Content origin
Generic compliance template, lightly skinned for AI Act. Often translated from a US-centric SCORM library that pre-dates the regulation.
Content origin
Written from the EU AI Act text. 26 + 27 + 9 lessons across Staff / Manager / Director, all production video, all tied to specific articles.
Update cadence
Whenever the SCORM vendor ships a new package — typically annual. The Act guidance changes every quarter; you fall behind fast.
Update cadence
We update lessons continuously. New article guidance lands, the relevant module updates, your team's progress carries forward.
Certificates
LMS-issued, only valid inside that LMS. Verifying with an external auditor means screenshotting your dashboard.
Certificates
AF-Lx-YYYY-NNNNNN identifier with public verify URL. An auditor visits agenticfluxus.com/verify/[code] and confirms in one click.
Article 4 mapping
Often described as 'AI Awareness' but the underlying script doesn't reference Article 4 article-by-article. Hard to defend in an audit.
Article 4 mapping
Every lesson is mapped to a specific clause. Article 4, 25-27, 50, 86 all called out by number with the regulation's actual wording.
Content quality
Slide deck plus voice-over, often using stock illustrations. Engagement rates on SCORM compliance are notoriously low.
Content quality
Production video filmed by domain experts, V11 illustrations, custom mascot, in-lesson quizzes. Built like a Vimeo-grade course, not a slide deck.
Cost
Either bundled with your LMS subscription (so you're not measuring it) or charged per-seat by the SCORM vendor — typically €15-€40 per seat.
Cost
€39 (Staff) / €59 (Manager) / €99 (Director) per seat one-off, OR €29-€299/mo flat with Fluxus OS for team seat allocation.
Audit pack
LMS exports a 'completions report'. Article 4 evidence requires you to add the regulation citation manually.
Audit pack
Fluxus OS one-click 'audit pack' PDF: enrolment date, completion date, certificate number, Article 4 / 26 / 50 reference. Hand it to the auditor as-is.
Where the data lives
Wherever your LMS hosts. Often US-East. EU data residency is an enterprise add-on.
Where the data lives
EU-hosted by default (Frankfurt + Dublin). DPA on request. No US replication.
What happens after we sell you the course
Renewal call in 12 months. Possible price hike. New SCORM packages cost more.
What happens after we sell you the course
12-month access, free content updates included, no renewal call. Cancel a Fluxus OS subscription with one click.
LMS plugins exist because L&D teams need ANY content, ANY format, in ONE place. That's a real need. But for a regulation as fast-moving and consequence-heavy as the EU AI Act, a frozen SCORM package paired with a 12-month-old voice-over is the exact opposite of what you want. Run the AI Act training somewhere it'll stay up to date and the certificates will mean something outside your LMS — then continue using your LMS for everything else.
