Is the seat model named or floating?
Named. A seat belongs to a person. When someone leaves, their seat is freed but their certificate stays verifiable forever. EU AI Act Article 4 requires certs to be attributable to a named individual.
What happens if my team grows past 10?
The next invite is blocked with a one-click upgrade CTA to the 50-seat tier. We never auto-charge you for a tier you didn't pick. When 50 seat launches, the upgrade path is fully automated.
What happens to my certificates if I cancel?
Certificates remain publicly verifiable at /verify/[code] forever. that's a legal obligation to the cert holder. The interactive dashboard stays live for 30 days after cancel, then goes read-only.
Where is my data stored?
Supabase EU Frankfurt. Shared region on all seat tiers. Dedicated region available on Enterprise. GDPR-compliant from day one.
How does this compare to buying individual Staff courses?
Above 3 seats, the 10-seat plan is cheaper than three one-off Staff courses. and gives you a dashboard, cert tracking, and a tool register. Individual course purchases are still available for solo buyers.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. 10 → 50 → 100 seat upgrades are prorated on the next invoice. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.
