Does my team need AI literacy training?
Yes. Article 4 requires providers and deployers to take measures that "support the development of AI literacy" of staff interacting with AI systems. It does not require you to guarantee any specific level of literacy in any individual; it requires the measures, proportionate to the role. The obligation is already in force. No grace period.
