Most people have used Claude in a chat window. Far fewer have watched it change how a company actually works.
This evening is about the second thing. Three people who have brought Claude Code into real organisations here in Amsterdam talk about what they actually did: where they started, who they handed it to first, what it took to get leadership behind it, and what broke along the way.
It is an introduction, not a masterclass, and you do not need to write code to get something out of it. If you are the person others come to when they ask “should we be using this”, this is the room.

John Ferguson on what Claude Code is genuinely good at inside a company today, the first job worth pointing it at, and who to hand it to so it spreads rather than stalls.
Going all in, from the top down.
What changes when the leadership team backs it properly instead of running a pilot: how the case gets made upstairs, how fast it moves, and what they would do differently a second time.
The view from the person everyone asks.
Adoption from the inside, from the developer who knows the tool best in the building. Where the potential is still being missed, and what a top-down push feels like from the floor.
Then half an hour of open questions to all three, deliberately the longest block of the evening.
